Pizza – the combination of dairy and gluten can be a terror for those with gluten issues.

Thankfully there are fast moving companies like Garlic Jim’s are ahead of the curve with their gluten free offerings. While Pizza is quickly becoming a more common option in the gluten free world, Garlic Jim’s has done it and done it well for some time now. They have many locations across Washington and a good menu of Pizza to choose from. TIP: Always order online, as their website offers many specials that you cannot find at the individual stores.

Recently they ran a contest asking for customers reasons to celebrate. If your reason was chosen it would be featured on the website and in return winners recieved a free pizza of their choice. I submitted and was featured. Here is my reason:

**Update – Apparently they also offer a frozen Gluten Free pizza in a few varieties. I haven’t had it yet but I will update once again when I have had the frozen pizza variety.
