I was recently tipped off by the Garlic Jim’s Blog, that they now offer Frozen Gluten Free pizza. I had to try it. I’ve been a big fan of their delivery pizza, and in fact a few of my friends now prefer the Gluten Free crust when they order too.
I picked up all three versions to try. You can find these frozen pizzas in stores in Seattle, and I found mine at the West Seattle Metropolitan Market. For 11.99 you can choose between a Veggie, Pepperoni, or Cheese.
As you can see, the first one I had to try was the veggie. We preheated and put it in the oven at 425.
14 Minutes Later. Perfection.
I have to say. The pizza tastes fresh, the ingredients are great, and the convenience is all there. Normally a pizza like this delivered will run you nearly twenty dollars from Garlic Jim’s. But if you pick up a frozen gluten free pizza its nearly half the cost. One of the things I enjoyed the most was my ability to monitor how long it cooked and therefore how crispy or well done it would be. Sometimes my deliveries from Garlic Jim’s aren’t cooked to the exact crispness that I would prefer. With these I can be in complete control.
I highly recommend picking one up today.
Look for my reviews of the Cheese and the Pepperoni pizzas in the coming week.
