I’ve driven past Veraci’s Pizza in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle many times. Having celiac disease I usually don’t think twice about a Pizza restaurant unless I have been alerted to their gluten free offerings. Recently a blog reader asked me for more of my favorite places to get the best gluten free pizza in Seattle. After seeing the gluten free sign outside of Veracis I had to try it. Wood fired pizza makes me think of a more authentic style of pizza which is made with more care.

Could it be the best in Seattle? Well I have to say Veraci’s may be my new favorite gluten free pizza in Seattle! The thin crust has no off tastes and has many of the characteristics of the wood fired pizza I ate prior to my diagnosis. It was so good!
