In October I got engaged… We are quite ex
cited. The day I proposed to Sarah we decided to have lunch at the Pink Door in Seattle – near Pike Place Market. I knew from experience that The Pink Door has gluten free pasta offerings. What I did not know until that day was that they also offer gluten free sandwiches on their lunch menu. Using Udi’s bread they serve up a panini style sandwich in a few different options. I went with a delicious pesto chicken sandwich. I have to say the gluten free options at Pink Door are much enhanced with this option. It is a great place to take a loved one, or a date for that matter – or a loved one on a date – but not a date that is not your loved one. You get the point. I have also had Gluten Free Risotto at the Pink Door. This has now become one of our favorite places not only because of the significance to us – but also the gluten free options!
