Something I have not tried yet, but has my mouth watering is, the new Gluten Free Bread from The Essential Baking Company. Right now at their Wallingford, Madison, and Georgetown locations you can try their new Gluten Free bread.
They tell me the bread should be available by the loaf by September, and that it will continue to be offered in the cafes as they gather feedback.
